Getting it wrong
Swiftly following on from our previous blog post on the rapid development of web technology and media, a prime example illustrating our point of how we cannot ever really be in control and fully understand the resources and opportunities the internet offers.
The backfiring of the #QantasLuxury·pajama competition gives us an insight as to how it can all go horribly wrong.
Good on Qantas for having ago at riding this particular media wave, hard luck for experiencing what the surfing world would class as a spectacular wipeout. Fun to watch from the beach, not so good for the recipient.
Oh well Qantas, better find your board and start paddling.
